terms and conditions for participation in the "FartChamp" flatulence competitionby choosing to upload sound recordings to the FartChamp server through the FartChamp application you attest that the following statements are true: 1. that the recording is of a 'live' fart, performed by yourself directly from your bowel into the phone microphpone and not created by any other party, device or software application. 2. that you are the sole owner of all rights to the recording in all territories, throughout the universe in perpetuity. 3. that the uploaded content, including the sound recording and all associated text does not contain anything offensive (other than the fart itself). in particular, any verbal or written abuse of any other person or group of people is deemed far more offensive than the passing of wind. by choosing to upload sound recordings to the FartChamp server through the FartChamp application you agree to the following conditions: 1. that upon uploading the recording, you grant maggot software the unconditional right to use the recording and the associated text, without cause for remuneration or compensation, in all media throughout the universe in perpetuity. 2. that any content, including sound recordings and associated text, can, and may, be withdrawn from the competition at any time should maggot software suspect a user has breached any of these aforementioned conditions. 3. that you as the user may be banned from the competition at any time, without compensation, should maggot software decide you have breached any of these aforementioned conditions or used the application to engage in any offensive, malicious or disruptive activity. 4. that any prizes, monetary or otherwise, advertised or promoted by maggot software, relating to the FartChamp competition, can and may be withdrawn at any time should maggot software suspect a user has breached any of these aforementioned conditions. |
